Step By Step Instructions

Here's where to find it;

At the top of the screen, you’ll see a date selector. This allows you to quickly move between days in your calendar:

Tap on a date to display your schedule for that day.

The event carousel at the bottom will update to show all events for the selected date.

Any routes between events will update on the map based on the events scheduled for that day.

Viewing Routes and Travel Times

Onlife automatically calculates routes and travel times between your scheduled events—if a location has been set. These are displayed directly on the map.

Travel times are based on the default transport mode you’ve selected in settings.

You can change your transport mode by tapping the route timing indicator and selecting between:

🚗 Car

🚆 Public Transport

🚶‍♂️ Walking

🚴 Bicycle

This ensures you get accurate travel times for your preferred way of getting around.

Using the Event Carousel

The carousel at the bottom of the screen provides a quick way to view and manage your events. Each event appears as a card, displaying:

The title of the event.

The start and end time.

The location, if one has been set.

Each event card includes two buttons:

✅ If a location is set:

Navigate – Opens your preferred navigation app (Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze) for directions.

Details – Opens a popup where you can view, edit, or delete the event.

✅ If no location is set:

Add Location – Opens a popup to search and add a business name or address.

Details – Opens the event details screen, where you can edit or delete the event.

Why This Matters

The Onlife interface helps you stay organized at a glance—see your full day, know exactly where you need to be, and track travel time between events, all in one place.
