From time to time, Onlife will send in app notifications to you. This can be for various reasons, including:
Notifications about new features
Messages to alert you to issues affecting the app
Introducing you to things you may not have discovered yet
Direct communications about various issues
Make sure you have notifications turned on. You can check this in your Onlife app settings:

Settings > Apps > Onlife > Notifications - ensure Allow Notifications is turned on and the three options ticked (lock Screen, Notification Centre, Banners)
